Orders and Shipping
I just placed an order. How long before it will be shipped?
Once the order has been approved, we will need time to prepare it for quality control and packing. After the order has reached the processing stage, you may no longer change or cancel the order. It usually takes us between 1-2 business days to completely process orders.
We ship all orders via DHL/FEDEX/UPS which takes between 1-3 business days in the U.S and 3-5 business days outside the U.S to deliver. Some orders are processed faster. You may expect your package to arrive within 3 business days after you have received a tracking number.

Please be sure to enter a valid phone number at checkout, without a phone number, the shipping carrier will not be able to make a delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, please enter a physical address.
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders delivered to states in which we have corporate locations. Therefore, sales tax will be charged on orders delivered to California, subject to local tax rates.
Returning for a Refund
At Vicemode, It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We try our best to show the exact image and accurate measurement of merchandise to our valuable customers. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise. We only offer free returns to customers who are willing to exchange for another product. We do not issue free returns to customers who will like to have a refund.
We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything (excluding custom-made items), so you can return any item (excluding custom-made items) to us within 15 days of receiving your original order.
- You can place a new order if a replacement size, color or alternative items are required, and return the original item/s to us for a store credit refund.
- Personalized Items (e.g., Custom-made clothing) cannot be returned. Only an exchange will be administered in the form of one to one exchange for the same item or store credit.
- As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note – you’ll need to cover the postage yourself.
- If you’re looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch with us, so we can get this sorted for you. But for returns of defected item and wrong item delivery, we will refund the international shipping charge as well.
- Do not return your package via Surface. Only Air can be accepted. Any return via Surface can be refused without your consent.
- If the returning package is lost or damaged during shipping process, you will be fully responsible for the loss or expense for repair.
- Merchandise must not be worn, perfumed, altered, or washed. All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don’t need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we cannot refund store credit to the buyer.
- We require a tracking number for your return package please make sure you get one for your return package when mailing it out. We are not responsible for lost packages or packages sent to the wrong address.
- If you are returning a package, email us and we will provide you with our returning address.
I already placed an order with Vicemode.com. Can I change something?
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to make changes to an order after it is placed. However, you are welcome to contact us and if we are able to assist you we will certainly do so.
